My lows stay on when I turn the highs on. The fogs turn off though

The S2000 does, and it does the same thing. If you've got no lights on and just pull the stalk to flash, it lights all 4 up... including the HIDs... which is awesome...

The kicker is that if you decide to just run with the lights on all the time (which isn't a bad idea), it dims the dash to where it's nearly impossible to see anything if there's any sunlight out. So the solution is don't flash, and don't run your lights during the day. There is an aftermarket dash for the car ($$$$$$) that disables that so you CAN run w/ the lights on during the day (which would be awesome), but they're stupid expensive.

It's a good thing the car has a pretty good horn lol
