What have you done to your MSP today?

sigh.....some asshole hit my car and ran last night. I was at a friends house and heard a loud bang followed by my alarm going crazy. Ran outside to see the guy speeding off. It was dark and I couldn't see the license plate since the lights for them didn't work. FML, so much for getting tuned at Crossover Auto this weekend

Sorry, I hate asshole people! Keep us informed about the progress of the case. I hope they find the asshat who hit you!

I have an 03 lx, anyone know how hard it would be to install an injen cai and what I would have to do? (bumper removal or any cutting etc)

Parts ordered for the 6- it's got a timing chain rattle, so ordered a whole timing kit. Also got all fluids, plugs, all coils, cabin filters, and tires. Going to gut the rear cat (only one that's actually bad).

Had an 05 Mazda3, 5spd, Velocity Red brought into the shop last night with rod knock. Customer isn't sure they want to fix it. Offered them $1,000 and they're considering it.

So, in our driveway, we'll have the 04 RX8, 05 Mazda6, 03 Mazdaspeed Protege, and a Mazda3. And the offer still stands to trade the MSP for the NA and NB. If I did that, there'd be 5 Mazdas in the driveway.

If you bought the mazda3 and fixed it i'd buy it off you...

She decided not to sell it, but isn't going to fix it...

Oil control seal failure on the 8 yesterday! Woot! And unfortunately, the timing chain kit didn't arrive yesterday, so I can't fix the 6 tonight/tomorrow.

I'm kind of glad I'm being forced to get the MSP together tonight, I miss driving it.

^ This guy. I only let that car be undriveable for a period of like a week when the clutch was replaced. Sure it wasn't in the best condition at all times but I loved driving it every minute.

If I knew my wife wouldn't kill me, I'd contemplate swapping my Colt funds to buy back 1660.

I've got other cars to drive, though, so no biggie.

Strange thread to post this in. Anyway, it's not a very difficult install. The bumper does have to be removed and a couple things have to be relocated, but the kit includes hardware and instructions to do that. There is no cutting involved.

Looks like a bad trunk seal.

Buhahahahaha!
