What have you done to your MSP today?

Well got'er to the shop safe and sound (without blowing it up that is ;))! Expecting a call tomorrow and will keep updated.

Replaced the Spark plugs and put new hids in. Next on the list is new AWR endlinks and sway bushings, Followed by Foglights and hids.

I think if I decide to keep the motor stock, I am going to install the DocB setup on it, and shorten the oil pickup from AWR by about 3-5mm. Really thinking the oil pickup on the AWR is why I spun the bearing, and subsequently destroyed the rod.

i have a friend that bolted together a spare windage tray, oil pickup and oil pan. the factory oil pickup is really close to the bottom of the oil pan as well.

X2, i'm always topping off fluids before an auto-X
some turns scare the s*** out of me...
might think about a dry sump system or building a custom baffle to the stock pan.

LOL I know. I'll just make sure the fluids are topped off...all I can do really. One thing I hate about the MSP is the oil dipstick...such a pain in the ass to read...

Shop called back about the car. They recommended replacing the cylinder 4 ignition coil as well as the upstream o2 sensor. Thinking I'm gonna replace the ignition coil firsthand as I don't see the o2 sensor contributing to this particular problem. Any recommendations for a good set of ignition coils?

whatever they sell at autozone. I think they are duralast. doesnt really matter. Should be like $25 a piece.
