ya i had to drill mine out too, FC was the same way. dam screws are so soft.

sounds familiar...which is why I don't deal with him anymore. I really hope things work out though. If you are talking about your grill, call DGM directly. That's what I had to do to get the status on mine a while back

All I need to do is install the valve cover, oil/water lines, oil cooler, intake manifold then I'll be able to pull my motor, sway out all the accessories/exhaust manifold and turbo and it'll be ready to go!!!

So, I get to work right at 7 to open the shop and the phone is ringing... I answer it..
Caller- Can I speak to Andrew?
Me- Andrew won't be in until 9 or 10, is there anything I can do for you?
Caller- I spoke with him last week about putting a power steering pump and a water pump on my van and wanted to know if I should leave it and get a ride or wait?
Me- Wait while we install the power steering and water pumps?
Caller- Yeah.
Me- I'd plan on leaving it for a few hours.
Caller- But I thought it'd only take about 4 hours.
Me- Yeah, probably so.
Caller- Well, why can't I wait?
Me- If you want to wait here, for 4 hours, in my waiting room, you're free to do so.
Caller- I think I'll wait.
Me- Okay, that's fine with me.
Why would you call and ask whether to leave it or wait, then after I tell you to leave the vehicle you essentially argue with me when I give my opinion on the matter?!!?

just talked to dg they said the grill is being made and should ship out next week. Finally some customer service.

Wouldn't it be nice if 'Chris Courtney' had a customer service line, where if you were to call it, you wouldn't get some drunk asshole?
