What have you done to your MSP today?

I can buy a complete fan assembly for at AT car for under $40 shipped, while a new fan motor by itself is more than that. For $40, might just take a chance.

Any thoughts about my PS pump problem?
Let my buddy co-drive the MSP with me today and blew another PS pump. I don't think it likes spinning and pushing fluid while the motor is around 6,000RPM's. 3 pump this year that I've blown the sensor out and shot fluid out of. Appearently the PS pump is a bigger problem to me than the FS motor. Ran my best time with 3 other people in the car. Was a blast, but didn't get to run my 5th run because of the PS pump failure.

Time to delete it the right way.

^I don't think so. My car doesn't turn very good or at all without it. I have to drive it with out ps to and from my buddies house to do cf work.

Look up the car, then the part. It lists all the options that you could have had. When I looked up the radiator, there was Auto w/ AC, Auto w/o AC, Manual w/ AC, Manual w/o AC.

The only thing that I can see going on with your pump is that it's cavitating fluid due to oil starvation... But that seems incredibly unlikely... I've never autocrossed, but as much time as I spend on US129 at the highest rev's possible you'd think as much as I blow motors and destroy other components that I'd destroy a pump, too.

you could always get a rental but thats more funds as well. You can also carpool into work if someone lives near you.

I''ve always had 2 or more cars until about a year and a half ago...

The NA Protege is an 03, 5 speed, black and is in mechanically good condition- the owner has receipts from recent services including timiing belt, ignition coils/wires/plugs, VC gakset, and front brakes. IT looks to be well taken care of, but haven't actually seen it in person yet. And he's only asking $1600

My brother thinks I'm crazy, and that unless I buy a Lotus Elise, or a Miata with Motons, not much else can handle better than the MSP. That's the thing. What if I buy another car, and it's not as good? I'd be kicking myself for parting it. IDK, I need to drive some other cars, I think.
