I love an uncluttered engine bay! But if you plan to keep the stock heat shield you should consider polishing it up and replacing the stock bolts (they're cheap). Simple project that really adds to the clean look you've got going. Here's mine after polishing:

Beat on the car a bit today. It still runs too rich on the Supermap but pulls strong. Ordered a new fan relay as well, hopefully that fixes the overheating issues.

Used to get 11.6 at wot after installing the AFC years ago. The last few years tho its gone back to 10.0 at wot. Not sure what thats about. Stupid car.

Resetting the ecu doesnt do anything. Heck I even put in a new battery recently. So who knows. But what the hell, I'll go out and reset it right now just for the **** of it.

.....and 10.0 at wot after reset. So yea. I dunno.

dang bro that looks sexy! replacing those bolts isnt a bad idea either. how much work was the polish?

I'd say I had about two hours in it. First with a foam polishing ball attached to my drill with a metal polish with fine grit in it. Then by hand with Meguiars metal polish on a rag. Then finished with a cloth buffing pad on the drill. If I had a bench grinder with a polishing head for it the job would have taken ten minutes!

well just scored a nice CP racing 3 pt strut bar for the MSP finally

odd question, anybody remember a site that sold couplers, reducers and other stuff like that. I know it was posted up a few times on here and i cant remember the name for the life of me. They might have sold stuff for water/meth setup too.

It had had a word in it dealing with cold temperature, there site was all black and there name was written out at the top of the page with ice melting down from the top of the name down.

not sure if that helps haha, its just driving me insane

Spent the last 4 days in S. Florida... Weather kind of sucked... But it was a greatly needed break... Now to get a transmission/LSD for the MSP...
