What have you done to your MSP today?

As a percentage, it truly does depend on your sectional width. A 205/50-17 will be pretty close, overall, to a 215/45-17.

LMFAO "deep speed bumps" sorry, another Chuck imperfection. I did mean deep pot holes. The original pothole fills with snow, turns to ice, expands, gets hit and scraped by snow plows, expands some more. Freezes some more, expands more............ LOL DDDEEEP, LONG, WIDE!

And I know what you mean about ratios and percentages not necessarily meaning bigger. But for the most part 50 is usually bigger. Its just personal preference, I like my rims lol
::sigh::

All the parts have arrived, so engine reassembly starts now...

Sometime last night someone decided to help with weight reduction!

GAWD DAMN IT!!! The matched main bearings that came with the crank kit were A) SCRATCHED ALL TO HELL and B.) ******* WRONG. I can't get another set until Wednesday of next week. FML!!! Another week driving the 4Runner! I want my MSP back on the road!

Yep, good way to start the weekend! Ill have to head to the wrecker and find one tomorrow since were looking at big thunderstorms starting Sunday!

looks about how my car looked last August. stole my AEM wideband, cd player, radar detector and turbo timer. They even took my jack handle, left the jack there and took the key to my wheel locks. Amp and sub were never touched. Got a new turbo timer from fatti03msp, just scored a used wideband from zilvia.net, got another radar detector and replaced my stolen cd player with a 7in touchscreen.

Didnt take a damn thing, door was still locked. Stereo is still there, Ipod sitting in the cupholder. Somebody just thought it would be funny I guess.. I can tell you I wasent laughing..

I don't blame you. I would of been pissed but at least the silver lining is you dont have to replace anything but the window. However cleaning up all that glass is going to suck.

I feel really ashamed of myself but I OVERLOOKED THE IMPORTANCE OF A SOLID GROUND!!! (hand) I had a JoeP FCD which I removed and was running 12PSI still. So I had lean codes, and MAF. P0102, P0103. Made no sense obv. High input, low input?! WTF!? I cleaned it twice but that isnt a common MSP problem. So I pretty much suspected a wiring issue but everything felt solid. I was going to repin the MAF. Then while redoing a WGA-BPV vacuum line, I noticed a disconnected wire and lonely clamp. That I noticed before and ignored (hand) Reconnected that, cleaned up the wire where I removed the JoeP, and BYE BYE CODES!!!

I FEEL SO ASHAMED OF MYSELF HAHAHAH

AND NOW MORE ASHAMED!!

My boost gauge is in BAR so I was converting from bar to PSI. Ok for boost BUT VACUUM ISNT IN PSI!!! ahhaah So ALL this time Im thinking Im running 13psi of vacuum and had a serious boost leak. Ive been trying to find..... Converted .9BAR-13PSI-26inHG. IM A DDDDUMBASS!!

Hard lessons are the ones most thoroughly learned.

Just reminded myself that I paid $800 for rods :'(

Now u reminded myself how much I paid for stupid gears ugh. On that note I'm hoping to get the car back on the road today. The bearings were such a ******* pain to get out, did mazda dip them in epoxy or something?
