What have you done to your MSP today?

So, some of you may remember when I posted a few weeks ago that I was ticketed for 101mph in a 60... I just got back from court- my license isn't getting suspended and my fine was only $118...
splain to me how dis happen!....because i just got 71 in a 55 and i have a pretty strong feeling im about to get butt ******...

^Damn. How does it run now?

Today I drilled out and installed my non-fouler for the rear O2 sensor since I removed the cats. It threw a CEL P0421 which i'm hoping is related to the cats but I have since cleared the codes and they have not been back yet. I also cleaned my IAC valve, it was simple just two T-25 security torx screws and it comes right off, took less than 5 minutes to remove, clean and reinstall the valve.

My MSP made a new kind of clunk today. Sounded like something is about to / just fell out. Should be interesting I'm sure. I pulled my OEM intercooler out of the storage unit today and placed it beside the rest of my stock piping. Maybe this weekend if I feel like it. I've had the time for about 3 weekends in a row, but just didn't have the will.

like someone lit its ass on fire.
I changed out plugs first, no dice, got a misfire code on clyinder 1, replaced that coil pack, no dice, but got another misfire on cylinder 1 code again, replaced wires.. ran good only when it sat for over 6 hours for about 20 min then bogged like crazy, replaced other coil pack, no dice, replaced plugs agian and its up and running like normal.

transmission started making a sort of loud "clunk" every time I shift into 2nd. It doesn't sound weird. It sounds normal, just louder than usual. My guess is, it's time to change out the fluid. I think Im going to stick with Redline MT90. Other than that, coming in the near future: retrofit for my headlights, P.E.P dp with adaptor and spacer, and I may likely be selling the SSAFC for a Haltech Sprint 500 with harness

anyone know if you can replace the oring in the msm oil cap? mine is leaking a little.

I have the same issue. If you happen to find a good replacement let me know. I was going to look on mcmaster.com they usually have everything.

Mine is, too. And it's BAD. It actually just started yesterday and I though, "wow that's funny that Mike just posted that."

Do you have a welded LSD? Because Mine started to make that exact sound and it was because my welded LSD broke and the welds were catching on the rivets and that was the sound it was making. And then finally it let loose and that is why I installed a MFactory this summer.

no, I don't have a welded one.

how'd you get those pieces off to paint?

i think he just peeled off the black vinyl that is over the door pieces.. long slow process
No I just removed and painted the bottom trim pieces. I do plan on removing the vinyl and leaving the door frames body color. There are phillips screws on the back of the front door and on the front edge of the back doors that you remove and the pieces pull up and off.
I also painted the cowl panel under the windshield and it was very easy to remove as well just be very careful with the clips that hide the screws they break VERY easily use a tiny pick or flat head.
