Also, the guy is really throwing me off. Asking me dumb questions about how good the stereo is, bluetooth, sunroof, is the exhuast really loud, how smooth the ride is.... wtf, this is a modded car, made for burning up backroads, and leaving everything in it's dust, not a ******* LeSabre or some s***. Really having second thoughts now.
edit: And he told me he has an Inifity stereo sytem to put in it. I pulled the damn sub and amp out for a reason, damnit.

Your gonna ***** your car out to some punk who is going to destroy it. If you have any second thoughts dont do it. You will regret it and If you want to buy it back from him its gonna be a POS in a matter of weeks. I wouldnt do it.

Yep, thats it! Sounds like the current owner got one hell of a bucket compared to what it once was.

I didn't want to sell my P5, but a customer kept asking me to sell it to her. I got it in 07 with 93k on it and it had a rod knock for $500. Got a used motor with 70k on it for $600, from 08-11 I put 60k on it and with maintenance (oil changes, tires, brakes, timing belt, struts) I still didn't have $2500 in the car when I sold it. She kept asking and I didn't want to sell it. It had quite a few dings and scratches in it, but mechanically it was perfect and had enough room for what I needed. So one day she asked and I was just tired of telling her no, and had thought about selling it for about $4,500, so I just said, $5,500... Well, 15 minutes later she showed up with the money... So I just went ahead and sold it. A couple of months later we had a crazy hail storm and the car was outside and got beat all to hell, plus she has two huge dogs that ride in the backseat- the car is ruined. It makes it even worse that she's a customer so I keep seeing the car go down hill. She had comprehensive on it, and I entertained buying it back from her when it got totaled, but she didn't want to sell it. She kept the difference and bought it back from insurance. I loved my P5. I told her that I'm taking the Injen intake off next time she's in!
it sounds like she loves it too and is perfect for her needs if she's williling to buy it back from insurance.
The more I drive my p5 and see my msp sitting and waiting to be fixed the less interested am I in it. I'm sure it will all change once the warmer weather comes and I have the time to fix it. Just put in my 2 weeks at my second job so weekends will be free again...sorta. Baby will be here in 2 weekish, could be anyday.
