What have you done to your MSP today?

Seeing as you weren't ripped off and the quality is decent, I just ordered the same kit. What other things do I need to install, I have an SSQV and I know I need slim fans and a 2"-2.5" coupler for the turbo and how do I do the MAF? I still have some planning to do.

make it so it goes turbo->hot pipe->fmic->MAF->TB
 
Might want to grab a couple 90 degree bend couplers to have. You'll need either a SSQV flange or you can buy a pipe with a flange on it on ebay for cheap.

I'm going to attempt this minus the slim fans and see how it goes.

I bought a BOV already mounted on a black 2.25" pipe, and i found a 2.5"-3" reducer in my closet so I was thinking of getting a 3" 90degree coupler to run from the TB to the MAF then the reducer I have, then a short pipe and coupler, then the BOV pipe and coupler, then whatever I need to get to the FMIC shortest possible route.
Now I just need to read through the How-To thread for the 100th time.

Just stay with a 2.5" coupler. The MAF is only 2.75 and you can squeeze a 2.5" coupler on there.
 
Can't wait to see how that turns out. I've heard good things about the new unit.

I'm pretty psyched as well. Was going to buy a Haltech but decided to try something a little different since I liked the FIC but it just doesn't work that smooth with our ECU. So I'm giving AEM another shot. Just need to get an ECU extension harness so I don't have to murder the stock wiring again.

If I can still scrounge up the money for a 505, I could probably see some gains of epic proportions. I might be due for some 440's soon.
 
Things ive done to my MSP today...

I called it everything but a car. (curse words)
Wished my s*** bag thunder mani wasnt cracking itself apart.
Wished that it wasnt so hard to find a stock replacement, external wastegated, tubular mani.
Fixed yet ANOTHER coolent leak.
Still hate my tranny.

and well thats about it... i guess i could pretty much repost this post everyday because its pretty much a daily routine.

Oh and i spent a good about of time listening to my car idle like s*** and wish i wasnt colorblind to install my SSAFC.

FML! Ok im done ranting about how much im upset with the speed. I still loves her. :)
