What have you done to your MSP today?

mine were all blown when i put those exact sportlines in lol,

speaking of blown, i blew my head gasket yesterday. compression goes like this:

cyl
1-130
2-90
3-90
4-150
i was told it should be around 180psi all the way across? me and justanothermsp and scratchandsniff will be changeing it this upcoming saturday, the arp head studs i acquired a while back will be going in. and should i replace the cam seals and bearings? i assumed cam seals but i didnt know about the bearings

and i also got my hks flange in

ARP Head studs get torqued down to 75 if you didnt know, I just did 20-30-45-55-60 three times, than the finial one went up to 75. More the safe it is :P hahaha Just if you didnt know.

i couldnt remember the torque specs...lost the paper that came with mine, so thanks for the info!
is that 75 with the moly lube or oil? i could have swore it was lower then 75 ft lbs

just spent 1195 on haltech and pnp harness. now i just have to get home from afgan in dec and get it tune it....zombie land rule #32 enjoy the little things.

thought about selling my xc hood again today. what do you guys think about a stock hood,dg cf grill and a xc cf trunk ? think it would look stupid with out the cf hood?

its such a great lookin hood man. why get rid of it?

it won't work with my hood struts and i think im kinda getting tierd of the maintenance that comes along with cf. i was thinking about getting all of them painted but that still dosent solve my hood support problem

stock is only like 19lbs or something, but arp's are 75. That is what I have mine at and that is what Sam told me that they have to be torqued down to. And yes you MUST put the lub that is supplied with them on the threads on both sides.

Someone on here said something about their ARP's being torqued to 90.... IDK why someone in the right mind would do 90 on the ARP's cause thats WAY more then what is allowed.... But whatever works for them even though its not correct.

Oh and ARP Main Studs for the crank are 45 ft/lb if you ever wanna know lol!

thanks man. ill keep that in mind. well for the week im driving my brothers 91 SHO taurus. a little more torque than my msplol

well the stock are torque to yeild so u do 19ft lbs (or w/e it is) and then a certain amount of degree's
also...do you have the paper with the torque specs on it? it should have came with the arp studs....im looking for the torque spec using oil instead of lube

i got the papers for the ARP mains lol i doubt im going to be pulling my crank out anytime soon but thanks for the heads up anywho

yeah and where can i get this said lube?
should of came with the ARP Studs.

The justanothermp5, all my specs for the ARP's are from Sam when I was building my motor. if you want confirmation you can message him. or ask him how much with oil. WHich I would still recommend getting the lube that comes with ARP Head studs.
