depends. the mz6's 06-08 (I could be off on my years, forgive me) got bigger brakes than the earlier ones..8 inches i beleive
So would the regular MZ6 rotors/calipers fit in a 16" wheel? I think no, but just wanted to check.
03-05 Mazda 6 => 11.1" rotors=> Fits no problem with a 16" wheel
06-07 Mazda 6 => 11.8" rotors=> Fits no problem with a 16" wheel
06-07 MazdaSpeed 6 => 12.2" rotors=> Must have a 17" wheel minimum
check the bolts on your intake manifold, some may have come loose,
also, i would suggest making a boost leak tester, very simple and a great tool to have, i found numerous leaks in my car that i couldnt find before, and the vac was even spot on
there's normally a few air leaks around the injectors, possibly the PCV, and maybe at the TB
or you could just spray soapy water around the injectors while the car is running to see if it bubbles up, if it does then u got a leak
did you gap your plugs?
Have you tried swapping in a known good MAF, to rule that out?
from the factory, I believe they're gapped at about .040... so thats DEFINITELY something you wanna check. that could be the source of your problem right there.They are as they came NGK ZFR6F-11, should be .032 IIRC but i'll check them.

you are absolutely correct, but from the factory (if I'm recalling correctly) the NGKs come at about a .040 gap, so you HAVE to gap them properly before installing them.MSP's should be .028-.032 no? ive neve heard of .040
