Well, spun a rod bearing about 1 month ago. So doing a forged rebuild with .020 over CP pistons, k1 rods, acl bearings, AWR deep sump, doc b oil pump, and all ARP stuff.

Should be fun... after the engine is broke in i'll be going with a new haltech unit, new injectors, and crankin the boost up!

I'd be perfectly happy with anything around 250whp.... maybe get closer to 275 down the road, but we shall see.

It will still be my DD/autox car.... so i think 250whp will be plenty.

It's not paint, it's actually triple chrome plated. Copper, nickel, chrome...

The work on the transmission is evaluated at about $1000. The intake , valve cover, throttle body, brackets, etc... are all chromed as well.
