What have you done to your MSP today?

well, the motors ready to come out FINALY... I couldnt pull the motor cuz one of my buddies had my hoist, stupid waleed and him wanting to slap a turbo on his MR2...
 
i changed my spark plugs today. i took some pics of the old ones. who thinks they are the oem ones? lol the car has 141,000 miles on it.

find out if your camera has a "macro" mode... should have a pic of a flower or something.. cuz, holy crap dude, those outa focus pics do no one any good.

that said, they're NGK plugs of one sort or another, I think if they were factory origional, your car wouldn't even run... they may or may not be stock replacements... at this point, we have 2 different people convinced of 2 different answers, so Ima stay the hell out of it until there's a consensus. haha

well atta boy. turbo MR2 would be fun.. unless its the spyder, I have no love for the spyder.. I love the 2G's..
 
just discovered that the shock sensor is indeed functional... popped the hood, armed the alarm, and then dropped the hood... the car yelled at me.. just a single half second beep...
 
There's a knob under the dash turn the sensitivity up if you want it to work. I got tired of mine and turned it all the way down though. Keeping my doors locked seems to work ok... whadayaknow.
 
yeah, I knew it existed.. just wasn't aware that it was functional. it would appear mine is all the way down if I had to slam the hood to know it worked. haha. Contemplating turning it up a bit just due to a psycho neighbor I don't trust.

where is this knob at on the dash? is this on all msp's?
 
its down by where your left foot rests. its a little black control box that has a little white knob on it which you turn to increase or decrease sensitivity....
 
well yeah, the lips and wings, interior stitching color, paint choices, bezel color.... sorry, I was talking about actual optional equipment.

there isn't. you didn't get to pick any of that stuff. it was mandatory based on which half model year you bought. the incorrect statement that the only things different were the BASIC things I mentioned... I apologize for not being completely precise and 100% accurate.
 
ive been contemplating about turning mine back to stock and then trading it in.. i would just have to find a stock turbo, radiator/smic plastic piping, stock intake, and a good used shortblock
 
hey if you wanna trade stock for stock on the intercooler and pipes I've got all you need muahahahahaha :p

dude... I will gladly let you transplant your setup into my car. haha. but then, you may as well just trade me cars.
 
Just bought a 3.5 lip :) Talking to people about it being overlay in carbonfiber after I mod it so I can keep my foglights :D
