What have you done to your MSP today?

I tightened down the cold pipe @ the intercooler (it keeps coming off my turbohoses SMIC... I am going to order a t-bolt clamp or a 2-2.5 silicone reducer.... whaich one???? Ideas?).

Also ran some Seafoam into the engine. I will do the oil tomorrow. Man, my neighbors must hate me!

so you got it all wired up right?

yep, the guy at the speed shop was smokin rocks when he told me how to install it, it works now tho, but i'm running pretty rich with the DSM AFC Supermap

1.) Installed new wheels/tires (In the dark in the pouring rain...)
2.) Got an alignment
3.) 303'd all interior surfaces
4.) Washed the car
5.) Noticed new, additional scracthes from my fiance's umbrella which she insisted on closing after she got in the car...
6.) Polished car (In the fading light of a beautiful sunset)
7.) Waxed car (In the dark...)

What wheels did you get?? and I do #7 all the time. I like to think of it as Zen waxing, cause I have to "sense" where the wax still is so I can wipe it off. I usually come out in the morning and notice spots I missed... Oh well, still much to learn young grasshopper. :D

yeah the timing belt is a beatch

^ no pics?

Not yet. :( I need to borrow a camera, and I need a drop sooooooo bad. The 40 series tires combined with the already nasty wheelgap make it look like I'm about to go mudding...

I got the Tenzo R DC5's in bronze. They look really good against the blue. Yah, I went outside the following morning and it was super shiny, but I had enough wax in the cracks and crevices to wax a 2nd car. (pow)

YESSSSSSSSSSS! I finally got my car back together after a month or so of being down after shearing the diff. Did nearly all the work myself, but had some help from a couple of my GACC buddies removing the tranny and putting it back on. Got the new diff for free, it is a revised version and I had it welded for strength. thanks def goes to Progidy for showing me how to dismantle the tranny, showed me what to watch out for and he put it back together since our schedules kept interfering even though he had his HS finals teh same week! he graduated though, good for him. Several people also let me use tools I didnt have or have crappy ones for extended periods of time and that helped out bunches, she feels good, but i am breaking in the new lsd bearings so I dont want to throw her around too much yet. I look forward to hitting some mountain twisties this weekend to get ea feel for her, i have ben driving a Honda Civic in the downtime and it felt amazing being back in my car today. Thanks to TinmanMS6 for the two loaner cars to get me through this and the couple guys I called every now and then to double check stuff.
