No, just ZFR7F (do not get the -11 version.) Gapped anywhere between 0.028" and 0.032" should be fine.

NGK ZFR7F agreed, 1 step colder for higher boost, gaped .28-.30. I'm also running them. I didn't notice too much of a change but they're the way to go!

-11 has a .044 gap. I think that's a bit too much to bring down to between 0.028" and 0.032" without risk of breaking it.

ZFR7F comes at about 0.028" right out of the box.

IIRC the -11 just meant they were pre-gapped to .40 but I could be way off and I don't remember why I got the -11 either. sorry.

extended reach, not extended gap, I think the entire plug sits lower into the chamber. i am not 100% on spark yet, that is still in my need to learn portion of tuning.

both plugs state they or "projected extended" which probably means they are longer but the one w/ the -11 says it has an extended gap like matrix said, just comes w/ a longer gap...

evilmonkeyMSP, just order them from Sam at *************.com and they should be pre-gapped, you just screw them in. I have em, they're great plugs.
