What have you done to your MSP today?

Well car handles amazing with the coilovers. The only limiting factor now is my balls, or lack thereof.

The steering feels sluggish, and numb without the front bar, so it's definitely going back on as soon as I get the AWR endlinks. Other than that I am estatic.

what kind of coils did ya get? i was thinking of picking up some yellowspeed before summers end.

I guarantee its going to be red.

Ya. Def red shirt lol bottom of the rung. 2nd check entirely for the MSP tho. Which you guys know, its not a Honda parts are expensive and hard to find local.

I cleaned my EGR, NO CEL!! Still almost stalling when I press the clutch at idle. I don't get it.

This sounds a lot more like what I expected than what had been reported to you.

What hoses do I need to put a P5 radiator in the car? Upper? Or both upper and lower?

I got it up and running, and as I was sitting there making sure everything was okay, letting it run for 20 minutes or so, then SPEW! There goes the radiator. I really don't want to spend $280 on a replacement, so I figure I'll put in a 5 radiator.

p5 radiator is a downgrade, fyi. your car will run hotter. i payed 220 for the radiator my mechanic put in for me, it was listed as "performance" through his parts dealer. i see temps of 220 highest when boosting a lot, when not boosting at all coolant stays around 180 degrees

Financially, this year has been kicking my ass, and having to spend $500 to rebuild my extra engine last week didn't help, so in short, I don't give a s*** as long as it's not overheating and it's driveable. LOL. So, upper and lower?

p5 radiator is wider but has less depth, MSP radiator is basically like a dual layered p5 radiator thats not as wide. msp radiator flows more coolant and flows it better and more efficiently. theres a lot of info covering it on these boards. think about it.. boosted cars run way hotter. hell my car had a coolant temp of 160 when cruising when my coupler popped off, but cruising when all pipes are good i automatically run 20 degrees hotter since the engine is now pulling the air through a hot as **** turbo, and i dont even go above 0psi.. lol

on the topic of radiators, i've been meaning to ask... is there a radiator we can use besides spending a bunch on a performance one or a NA radiator? I've checked local auto part stores before and they dont have a replacement for MSP's. They list MSP's having NA radiators

my mechanic somehow got a hold of one. it fits stock SMIC and everything too. try rockauto maybe.

edit: rockauto only has NA

I can get a replacement radiator for the MSP. It's $282.

So I just got done adjusting ride height. Was rubbing a bit in the back. Had to add a little rake to it, but it's still not as much as the stock Tokico's rake it out. Really, really enjoying the new set-up. With the tune, and now the coilovers it's like I bought a new car. Hopefully this will hold me over for a while. Next on my project list is seats + harness + cage + gut the back, but that's a year or more down the road.

Endlinks should be here today or tomorrow, so I'll get to try it with the front bar soon. Will report back with details.

Mishimoto Aluminum Radiator on ebay for $225 free shipping?
If I order the OE replacement from Worldpac by 12, I'll have it by 4:30 out of Nashville. I already go the P5 radiator for $74.
To be completely honest, I'm going to install the P5 radiator, drive it like that for a month or so, then remove it and return it as defective to the parts store and install an aftermarket or the OE replacement.
