What have you done to your MS3 today?

None of them carry t clamps in my experience they carry hose clamps for low pressure application, T clamps are not so easy to acquire and more expensive but seriously needed when running a boosted motor as they are trustworthy, having a higher clamping load and some more resistance to loosening at the nut. Even our silicone hoses expand under boost, which may cause fluctuations in Map readings and affect tuning . Thats why solid bits are best with just silicone couplers to compensate for vibration and flexing as the motor rotates rearward under load I am looking for a set just for our cars.Advance auto whom i use often for the other cars asked me what they were LOL thanks for suggestion though. I will find what i need i just was trying to speed up search.

Fastenal, Grainger, or McMaster-Carr is where I would look for something like that.

speaking of manly... installed a pink barbie hair brush drift charm. good for +50 HP and +2,000 fake drift points.

^ gahahaha... somebody's drunk!

Ugh...i missed my drunken reply state last night because i got called into work on some bulls***. 2hours overtime for 15minutes of talking ftw!

Oh...and to keep on topic, in my pissed off driving rage i was able to take one turn twice as fast as i usually do...thus impressing me

I found the clamps thanks. Still need to sort sizing lol!

CRazy thing today, I was at Watkins Glen Vintage racing weekend which is amaziningly cool and awesome. But the coolest part wa that i parked next to a Cosmic Blue speed 3!
And it had florida dealers markings. When i got back to my car it was gone but someone hung a kids jacket off my rear wiper.
Anyone know whos car it was? I also saw a white one from Pa.
I took a bazillion pictures. any body else attend?
If folks are able this is THE event if you are into historical racing. !000s of cars with great history of all kinds. I bought a t shirt that says " Got Speed?' i thought it was appropriate.

who the hell knows what i mean?
Do you know where to get t clamps that are worth a darn, though. I really do not want to get stranded from a stupid boost tube blowing off... And the right size? for cool side and not so cool sides of TMIC?
Thanks

T-bolt camps work reasonably well from what I understand, but still aren't bulletproof.

A hose clamp like this works amazingly well, a buddy of mine would occasionally lose hose clamps on his turbo MR2 until he replaced all of them with clamps like that. Got them at a local truck stop for 5-7 bucks each.

Finally put on my JBR 80 duro RMM. It's too bad I had to wait this long to do it. Vibrations aren't too bad, but I chuckled a bit when I felt that little A/C motor chugging along.

Put on my H&R's with a friend last night. Bout three hours front and back. Upper strut bushings were a little damaged and I just hit 40K. Back to the drop. I love it!!! I am quite happy! Took a couple corners faster than usual,:)

installed the car dock for my evo 4g. Nice piece, especially at half the price of retail. Don't think I will use it all the time, but nice to have something for when I need it. I'm going to run a usb cable under the console, up the dash and out one of the vents to feed power to it.
