Lookin' good! And thank you for going with a meaty tire size and none of that stretch/poke s***. Let us know if they rub or anything funky like that... if not those might be my next tires.

Got and installed my dashhawk today! MMMmmmmm, Lovin It! lol

lol, you won't love it for long. It'll start to make you worry about s*** you never worried about when it wasn't there lol.

Set up your alerts! I have my screen flash red at 5500 for my shift light, and my screen stays green until my coolant temp is above 140 so I know when to romp on it!

Damn that's awesome. I HAVE to get one now....

I don't know if that was sarcastic or not lol.

It is a very helpful tool, but it also can be your worst nightmare. God forbid you set it up to monitor Knock Retard, you will be freaking out and searching the forums in a frenzy trying to figure out why your car is registering knock.

I typically don't stare at my screen anymore. I did get a chance to use the diagnostic feature on the CX7 to pull a trouble code, and clear it from the history bank. That alone was sweet!

The Star Specs on the RPF1's are so out of round that I can't stomach to use them daily, so I put my Evo X's back on. I thought while I did, I would add a gold accent stripe to compliment my brakes. It is just pinstripe so I can take it off if I end up not liking it as much down the road or if I change colors on the brakes. And yes, my hubs are f'n rusty again....will paint them black today after work!

Not sarcasm. I just like the fact that you can have the LCD change colors when the temp gets to a certain level and such. I guess it's normal to have the car adjust for knock is that what you are referring to?

Well, the knock retard that we're so used to seeing on our dashhawks is strictly emissions related, with the ECU making adjustments to squeeze out the best it can.

The Dashhawk is a very nice tool. It's a shame MSD Ignition discontinued it so long ago (with future plans to bring out something better - which we haven't seen yet).

Well, my AEM dry flow filter arrived in the mail yesterday. (Yay, Amazon!)

So this morning, I swapped the Cobb filter off my SRI and replaced it with the AEM dry flow unit.

I then pulled & cleaned my MAF sensor. It was thoroughly sooted up, and the before & after are quite obvious.

And I changed out my spark plugs @ 32k miles with OEM replacements from my local dealer. I don't have enough mods to warrant changing heat ranges, and the dealer came down to within $.50 per plug of NAPA's price on the NGK Laser Iridiums, which are the same plugs. Dealer had 'em in stock, NAPA had to order them.

MAF before and after pics... after pic is a little blurry, thanks to my Nikon being DOA this morning. Luckily, Droid does. It just doesn't "does" very well for hard to focus objects... LOL

Also a shot of my spark plugs, laid out in order, 1-4. Still looking pretty good, so I saved them in case I need emergency replacements down the line.

Have pictures of said filter? I'm considering swapping to either the Amsoil or AEM dryflow on my SRI.

doh! well, you should just be able to look inside the fender and see evidence of where it's rubbing...
