What have you done to your MS3 today?

wash, quick spray wax, and installed new rain-x latitude wiper blades. and then i got a random CEL for missfire on cylinder 4. so i cleared it and drove for a while and it didnt come back so ill have to monitor that.

its pissed cuz u used spray wax instead of the good stuff...

GET OUT THERE AND BEG FOR FORGIVENESS

celebrated 3 years of ownership by picking her up from having reworked k04 and PTP internals installed. Getting Pro-tune done the 19th.

just had a number of upgrades within the past couple weeks: window tinting, short shifter, and mud flaps. short shifter is sweet.

i saw some ralliarmors for the first time in person while i was driving and i didn't care for them. they were mounted on a new legacy (the guy had done just the right amount of appearance mods to make it look extremely nice), but as i was riding behind him at night i couldn't help but notice how flimsy they were. and that made my headlight reflection in them flash annoyingly

1. Put summet set-up on and cleaned brake calipers/repainted red.
2. Got her washed and then noticed that my passenger side rear deflector popped out, hoping it was at car wash and they can find it!
3. Tried calibrating my MAF with ATR, we'll see how that works out.

Took apart the front BC coilovers and took a ring out. I did the same for the rears. And I shaved the fenders, not rolled. The outcome was awesome. I now tuck a little bit of tire in the front and rear. Perfect!

The only negative to taking out a ring in the fronts is bottoming out on really hard bumps. I did on my way home, but I like the look so I'm keeping it the way it is.

Thanks. These are the two tools I used for the fenders. I used the cut-off tool to initiate the cut and to make room for what came next. I then used a reciprocating saw to finish it off. Starting off with the reciprocating saw was a little rocky, but I eventually got it going. It's about a 30-45 min job, maybe less. I'm rust proofing everything first thing tomorrow. I couldn't do it at the time. I ran out of time.

Looks good man!! That last close up pic must be going out of a driveway or something....lol. Do you have the BCs with the front camber plates?

Thanks man. Yes, I have camber plates with the hats sawed out with a 3" hole saw. Also SPC camber arms in the rear.

p2k, i hope you put some kind of sealer over the bare metal, otherwise ur gonna have major rust issues down the line.

Picked up the car from the shop. Doesn't look like they did a very good job matching the paint. Hopefully after a good wash, it'll look different.
