What have you done to your MS3 today?

Installed the CS Inserts today, as well as had a new windshield put in. Car looks and drives better. :)

^ You are in NYC, right? Where did you get those done? I've been looking for a reputable place to remove a ding that I received thanks to a slime-ball co-worker.

And this is why I park far away from my co-workers. Not that I don't trust them but when most of them lets their cars warm up long enough it takes them to put on their seatbelts tells me I shouldn't take any chances.

The place is called Dent Doctor and they are located in whitestone queens. They did an amazing job, can't even tell they were there. Krystian went when some jerk walked over the roof of his car one night, and now his roof looks perfect. They do touch ups for paint as well. Quoted me at 150 to fix every scratch/chip on the whole car. Will be doing that and a clearbra next weekend :)

Unfortunately our business parking lot is very tiny with no room to park away from people... we have maybe 50 available spots and nearly that number of employees. I used to park in a back lot, but the town decided we couldn't park there anymore.. so since then I have been worried sick about new door dings or scratches. :(

Awesome, thank you! I will give them a shout.

Did you end up doing the independent foglight mod? Saw you say you were going to on the other forum.

I got a nice nickel-sized ding in my rear driver-side door handle... I fear it's nearly impossible to avoid. :-/

Mazda called yesterday and told me they had to overnight in an injector o-ring after getting approval from Mazda. Today they call back and tell me they need to order two more of the same part. Wouldn't it have made more sense to order 3 the first time? (screwy)

Cleaned her up some, cleanest she's been since November. Going to a Mazda Maintenance and Mod Meet in Georgetown KY tomorrow. I've got Koni FSD's and new front brake pads going on. Pictures tomorrow.

Many have used spray paint for the center caps with good results. What color are you doing yours? I purchased R3 center caps to match my gunmetal PC'd rims. Cost me ~$30.

the color is "Ultra Black Chrome" its a weird color but really looks good. If the light catches your eye dead on it almost looks like OEM, but anything off center turns almost a charcoal. so spraying the caps one color would look good only if the light hits a certain way. Im thinking of just painting them black and using black lugnuts

^^kinda like that, but much more light trickery^^

I saw samples of "Bonded Black Chrome" and it was REALLY close to the R3 center caps. It's an option for you if for some reason the painting doesn't go well. Supposedly taking off the "Flying M" emblem off the center caps is really hard...and really easy to break.

^^may be an option, thanks!

i also may try to just take the emblem off, cut some sheetmetal and epoxy it on to the cap
