What have you done to your MS3 today?

Well...any forum member that lives in the upper east coast knows that the last 4 out of 5 days old man winter has been crapping on us hard core. personally I have seen about 40 inches fall in my area and im sure anyone can vouch for me that shoveling 40 inches of snow off of your driveway and car is no easy task. I could potentially trhow my back out at the ripe age of 22 lol. So, what have i done to my MS3 today you ask??? LOL NOTHING CUZ HALF THE TIME I CAN BARELY FIND IT. So to my fellow snow covered mazda owners out there with no garage and and a snow emergency, heres to the coming of spring...cheers(drinks)

nice! you'll like it. first off, remove everything. battery, and battery box, intake, and inter-cooler cover. the stock vacuum hose was a pain, i had to cut it off. luckily the pg inlet came with a new one. once i got it all installed, i forgot to reconnect the recirc hose, so the engine kept dying. rook move on my half. here is a link to the directions for the PG inlet. might help with your cobb one. i didnt follow them to a tee, but it helped to have handy. the biggest difference i notice is with the tcs/dsc turned off. the turbo spools alot sooner, and the power rpm range i feel has increased as a result. and power delivery is definately alot smoother too.

i just picked up a cobb inlet... any tips on the install?!
what's the biggest difference you notice with the inlet now?

i have a cpe inlet and it was a pita for me as well.

be careful to not rip off the line going to the boost control solenoid. many of the plastic nipples have broken off for other speed owners.
another tip is to not connect the recirc hose at the very end. do it sooner.

spent 3 ****** hours digging her out of the snow. time to find an empty parking lot and get rewarded for my efforts.....but only after a nice long hot shower

Finally finished fixing my modded headlights... YAY. Going those 3 months back to stock headlights had sucked.

seriously...sucks when all i've done is clean it off from this past weekend, drive it 20 ft to get sunlight on it, drive it back up 20 ft just to get it snowed on again.

on a side not i actually saw a TR driving in the snow the other day and i couldn't help but wonder what tires he was using cuz my OEMs wouldn't be able to find traction on sandpaper right now. getting goodyear gt's tomorrow hopefully
