Mazda cx5 2.2l diesel skyactive 2014 (vehicle system inspection required)

Hi all, hope someone can help me figure this one out. As you can see from the images, the the circled one's are running at -40 which probably means they are not working. Obd shows no fault codes. Oil level and conditions seems fine. Battery voltage is all good. Had to have dpf sensor changed. Map sensor and a carbon clean out a few months ago due to build up carbon in the pipes. Any ideas what it could be? Thanks in advance
