What have you done to your Miata today?

Hard mounted the Battery Tender ring connectors to the tiny Deka ETX9 battery. Having it tucked under the quarter panel makes it a bit of a pain to get the terminal clamps on / off every time I move the car. Having this "permanently" mounted with the quick disconnect will make it a lot easier :)

Quick disconnect terminal, cable tied to the brake light cables.

EDIT: damn, just realized I really need to get that insulation mat out of the trunk :-/

Heh. I'm still pulling pinestraw out of places (boom07)

Started looking more seriously into a new top.. Finally 100% decided on a Robbins, OEM style with a zippered and heated glass back window. I was dead against that until Subspeed6 brought up a valid point about how nice it would be to unzip the rear window for ventilation when its too friggin hot to put the top down.. Sooo after Georgias version of winter I will be ordering one.. ;)

Yarp. I wish I had gone that route when I had my top replaced. The top up and windows down has no real airflow. =/

Seriously.... How did you do that?

On a side note, I had a clangy sound happen on mine when I moved the Miata. I tried to narrow it down and it sounded like something came loose and hitting something in the drive line. It's not on the drive shaft or anything similar because the sound is there in neutral. It happened when I pulled into Chik-Fil-A, but stopped when I left... I looked under the car and didn't see anything noticeable. When I get a chance I will jack it up in the rear to see what is up. imjustagirl gave me an idea on what to check and see. It hasn't affected performance and the car still runs and handles amazing, but was just something that made me paranoid.

Edit: The noise is gone so I have no idea what it is and where to look.

After having my last miata NOT having a zip down window, I'm sooo happy this one does!

Annnnnnnd this is why I mentioned to imjustagirl to replace her's with a zip down. Here in the ATL, you will need one because the sun just gets too hot sometimes for it. It is all about the airflow.

Yeah, I am paranoid as heck on my cars....

Good thing you had some help replacing your brakes and everything is ok. :)

Edit: Atlanta drivers are stupid...

With enough floor jacks and wheel dollies, you could move the world around your garage :-P

replaced the tps sensor since it showed up early from parts group....car idles so much better now i think that should fix the mysterious stall i was getting. now i need to replace the leaking axle seals

Furthering my light ***** status and swapping out my Brainstorm low profiles for MOSS low profiles so i can run HID's in the projectors

I got four of those wheel dollies from Harbor Freight, used them to swing my RX-7 around in the garage. They work really well, the biggest pain is getting the car up on them.

What kind of pictures are you looking for? I'm a private kind of guy, never think my stuff is too special.

Well, i failed

Brought Callie with me to help with the headlight swap (which she actually enjoyed)

but i got my lights dismounted, but failed to realize the wiring was wired directly into the factory harness, and since I didn't bring any wiring goodies with me, i had to reinstall my lights and pass on the Moss lights
