What have you done to your Miata today?

Pulling out my rear subframe and putting in one from a NB and painting it with por15. Thinking about poly diff mounts also.

Gave her a bath

Tomorrow: Hopefully remove style bar and plugs and wires

i bought 225/45/17 good year eagle f1's for temp tires so I can get inspected and get coilovers before wheels. I don't want to have the car high as **** with big wheels. also they were on closeout at tire rack for like 70/tire
win

yes, i need to replace my plugs and wires

but i guess replace works for the style bar too

Drove mine down to Mid-Ohio this weekend. I seriously love / hate this car sometimes.

So far both Callie and I are loving the NA

Drove it down to the beach yesterday, then down to West Palm for some Cheesecake Factory

Picked up a combination switch off eBay. Mine had some fading/rubbing off on the cruise control lettering which just irritated me since the rest of the car looks so nice. I don't even know how you can do that, none of my other cars no matter what their age has suffered that. First part in my pile! The wife is gonna be thrilled...

Already starting a new pile? lol

I ordered some new poly motor mounts since mine are shot

so I had the dreaded 06 side impact airbag seat hole thing starting on both sides, so I did what any logical person would do. I fixed it in plaid

I just got the side mounts, so it should be less than the Protege with AWR's all the way around

Um... the "side mounts" are aka "the only mounts". Engine sits in a cradle in the subframe, supported on each side, and its "tilt" is located by the transmission tailshaft housing where it's mounted on the PPF which, IIRC, is a solid mount.

Oh. . . . i feel dumb for not realizing that. . .

Well. . . maybe i put em back up for sale and get a set of stock mounts

Thank you again sir

I bought the Mazdaspeed mounts back in like April. Haven't installed them yet. Been lazy.

I got a set of poly's from a group buy on clubroadster. Figured they'd be a tad bit softer than the Delrins
