Meh you aren't going to hydrolock unless you hit a HUGE puddle that basically submerges the intake going at a decent speed. Or unless you drive into a lake . . .
Last year it flooded quite a few times here in orlando. We get huge rains and I have never had an issue. If its bothering you that much just get an SRI . . . They are cheap anyway. Have you ever seen a hydroshield ???
If you put it under a faucet and let the water fall on it nothing gets through. It would really take a lot to cause an issue
Looked at my passenger side door today only to notice 2 new dings. I honestly don't know how this happens to me. I ALWAYS park on end spots way to one side (I get to school early). Today I got to school late so I was forced to park "normally" but the same cars that I parked next to were there when I left. So frustrating. Then I look at my friends cars who park anywhere and they are without a scratch. Sigh . . .
I thought you had resolved your clunk. You're only having problems on the stiffer setting, right?
-Hand washed
-Applied Clay Bar for the first time since owning
-Waxed
-Also washed and waxed my 04 GSXR 600
Can't believe the crap left behind even after washing that the clay pulled up. This stuff is amazing. Now getting ready to go do a full interior detail. Then if it warms up go for a ride on the bike.
i work in a mall... i choose my parking carefully... its usually in a no parking zone to aviod dings....
one of the last days before i sold my last car i was parked in a regular spot and someone hit the car causing almost $500 worth of damage(gah)

i cant complain to much at the moment as we're having unseasonably high teps of about -5 degrees celcius... but in the near future it'll be bitter cold and snow storms will drop upwards of 4 feet of snow (or more(confused) ) at at time
