took my car into dealership to get tranny replaced at 29,000 miles 2nd gear gone......ouch
My dealership sucks and threatened to void my warranty for the rpm smoked sidemarkers, rear led reflectors and SU rear motormount.

Got my upgraded BPV spring from Turbosmart in the mail thanks to SU.
TunerSteve what is this upgrade spring you speak of? I have a Turbosmart BPV why did u get this spring?
I purchased my Turbosmart BPV as my first mod! Hopefully it warms up enough I can stand out there for 10 min to install it. Taking it back to the dealer Saturday so they can find out what they did wrong and why my car is still not right.
Good Choice! Remember to run it in FULL RECIRC. Otherwise you will get backfires and it is overall not recommended as the car is expecting air that won't be there. Additionally the US dealers are supposedly now required to take pictures of the engine bays of all Speeds that come in. I was informed today they are specifically looking for aftermarket BPVs (from the dealer themselves) I would assume it is to make sure they are not running in VTA or 50/50. So it may be worth it to wait on that install. Nonetheless the BPV will help the car hold its pressure alot better than the stocker.

Full Recirc- gotcha. Thanks for the info on the dealers! I am only adding mods that can be taken off and the OEM thrown back on quickly since it's still under warranty. Tried to have a little fun in the snow. Ended up slidding sideways into a ******* snow/ice bank. Broke my damn front bumper. Hopefully that is all I broke...Any ideas what I am looking at $$$ to replace?

The Campo I am "The Dealer" as I am a service writer for Mazda and I have seen no such directive to take pics of Speed6 or Speed3 engine bays. I own a Speed6 which is service here and can tell you no one has taken any pics of it... Whoever fed you that line was just making crap up.... Probably a "by the book" dealership that is looking for any excuse not to do warranty work on your car....

Whole bumper needs to be replaced? MS6 a regular 6?
Not sure. Its an MS6. I didn't look at it too closely as it was 5 degrees out, snowing and I was late for work. It definately was craked under the honeycomb grill and the left front is detached under the headlight. And I picked up some broken plasitc pieces out of the snow.
I am expecting the worse. Not happy

VRMS6, can they actually void a warr based on this? i mean seriously, they would void us because of reflectors or is it the mm? i know the powersports dealership i work for would never ever void for reflectors, but we are pretty mod freindly too.

Hey, any word on the new PCV system?
Replaced the cabin air-filter...10 minutes and $22 of my life that I'm not getting back.
This was the third attempt that O'rielly parts made in order to get the right filter, kept getting a normal 6 product.
Of course, I could have just paid $76 to the dealer for the right one...that would have been stuuuupid.
Next time, I'm using my compressor to dust it out.

finishlineperformance.com will sell you a factory ms6 cabin air filter for around 33 usd i think it was, they're a mazda dealer in i think VA

I have yet to find something that fits like the OEM one. Wix doesn't work either.
