What have you done to your Mazda6 today?

RHO plate is on and looks really good. Pics to come.

Zoom, I'm using the how-to over on the MSF. It's fairly self-explanatory, but it was nice to have a shopping list to take over to Home Depot. Unfortunately, I made the rookie mistake of trying to trim the backs off the plugs AFTER painting them and hacked the paint to death in the process. The first coat of the repainting process is drying right now.

drove to the local In N Out, and passed two LPM MS6s. tried to wave them down but of course they weren't looking up. we need to have a" spotted" thread.

Pics of what needs to be installed. Did some today.

Pics of new shift knob. I need to work on getting the alignment right but I still have to get under to run some new wires for my radar detector mute button.

The new shifter adds some weight so it is a nice shift feel. Still getting used to it. No pics of CS TIP. PITA to do. Should have taken 30 minutes but took 1.5 due to pain to get old bolts off and access to the turbo. If I ever go BT, I'm going on-top.

The SURE RMM was not installed. I don't have the access to get under the car. I have a place I'll take it to get it done. Maybe this week if I can find the time. I also got the car washed today. It looks much better washed.

I'm not cool enough to be on MSF (no MS for me!) but I will lurk there tomorrow! Thanks!

Installed the PG TIP & the badgeless grille.
PG TIP was an easy install & worth it.
Car sounds amazing & I definitely notice a difference power wise.

verdict is in... flywheel was starting to separate... covered under warranty but will take all week to get a new flywheel in...

sadly i'm uber broke right now so ordering a new clutch kit is out of my budget :(

Fk, that stinks.

That stinks, Dave. At least they finally figured it out and it's covered under warranty.

Not only is this the first picture with the RHO installed, it's the first picture with the new Rotas.

Please ignore the layer of filth on the car and the massive wheel gap. I should be taking care of both within a couple weeks.

looks good

i've got some decision making to do... but if i end up trading the car in when i get it back i'll have a never installed set of RPM streets to dispose of ;)

I painted my center caps on my stock rims black, sure made it stand out a little more now.

Not my 6, but installed a new headlight in eniecmanns wife's 6s and fixed a loose dust cap on the opposite side that was causing fogging for quite a while.
