What have you done to your Mazda5 today?

And we know that no car is complete without those (2thumbs)

Talking about winter, just got Continental ExtremeContact DWS (215/50ZR17) installed. Too early to say anything, but very silent and good grip on rain...
loving mine, they grip as well in the rain as they do on dry pavement. I kept with the stock size though, didn't see a need to change (which is odd for me, I think I've changed tire sizes on every car I've owned before this!)
I've decided I don't need dedicated winter wheels in my part of PA, never been in a spot where I've regretted that decision either.

Snows, yellow fogs, and a coat of wax.

Installed the snows today, and gave it a good wash & wax before winter really hits. Also installed the Optilux yellow H11 bulbs I picked up at www.rallylights.com. They were a bit more than the ebay ones, but I like to support good guys like them.

it is the wifes car, and she only goes into work 3 days a week. probably 10K of those miles are roadtrips though. maybe more.

lol

to me, it would be 1-minute that i wish i wasnt living in canada!

i feel ya though. going through the plow wake on side streets can be interesting.

(and who video tapes their daily drives? just found that funny.)

Last August I was lucky to fly to Regina on business for a couple of days. My hotel was close to the casino and the shopping center so I was able to stroll around without taxi/car. With every local I talked they said they love it there but Winter can be a little bit "rough" :)

BTW, loved the trees planted all over the place, gives it some personality... oh, and I saw more Mazda5s in 1 day than where I live in 1 month. Even the Google maps shows a red one on the street level view of the hotel :D

Winter setup is on now. 16" wheels and Dunlap winter sport 3d's. Second winter with this setup and love the dunlaps.

I have replace the reflector on the bumper with LED ones. Me likes :D
And i plug them into the brake lights, so when i hit the brakes the intensity change too ;)

im sorry to bother but where can the LED reflectors be found for the 5... im sorry i knew where to find anything for my 3 but i am completely lost acout the 5 strange casue they are so similar(same car except for the body)

they are the exact same part number as the ones used on the first gen 3's as side rear reflectors....identical

i just ordered 16''s and the same winter tires. good to hear someone else has good luck with them. they just shipped yesterday. who knows when they will get here.

sweet, so to make sure i understand its the first gen 3's side reflector tha is used for the rear reflector of the 5

yes the side rear reflector on the first gen mazda3's is the same as the reflector that is used on the rear of the mazda5's

I have a '10 mazda5 and an '06 mazda3 and held them up side by side, compared the part numbers, and installed one just to make sure before I bought some clear ones for our 5 :)

shoot they arrived already today!

i like tire rack. first time i used them. tires mounted, balanced, and with hub-centric rings installed. basically just waiting to be thrown on.

I had this old tripod that somehow fit the contour of the Masda5 dash. And with a small camera and a 32GB sd card, its just as easy as 'press record and forget' during every drive. Maybe I'll catch something interesting.. Another Mazda5 or a UFO... lol.

Thanks for visiting our city. We do get our share of hot summer time. Hey, I searched and found that red mazda5 you mentioned. http://maps.google.ca/maps?f=q&sour...5dxYoufk7JDnzThd5sXsjA&cbp=12,235.14,,0,25.81
