What have you done to your Mazda5 today?

Just installed my brand new mazda roof rack thanks to that ebay guy listing them again for $175
Also replaced cabin air filter, those damm screws are crazy hard to remove, one of them is never going back in, threw it in the trash.

Hauled 12 8 foot landscape timbers to make my wife's raised garden and repair a couple sections surrounding my kids play area.

Took the Magna Bra off. Kept it on for 9 months to see how it can handle keeping dirt out – apparently not very good :/ but it is only superficial dirt that washes off. I will say it does an OUTSTANDING job at protecting the hood. Only problem is it is still too small as the deep curvature of the front end pulls rocks/debris up the middle section. “If only” this thing was taller to cover more hood.

Narrowed down my front end knocking is due to loose side skirt that has been hanging loose due to a curb incident. I never bothered to fix it and the few loose clip, which allow it to rattle, resulted in all broken clips. Now I need to repair this as replacements skirts cost +$400 (excuse to go Bayson R? :D). German clue and ebay clips here I come!

More pics of my girl with her new (to me) 1st Gen MS3 wheels. Just sharing...

Today I've got to replace my first light bulb on the Five. My wife was stopped yesterday by a friendly university police officer who wanted her to know there was a brake light out. Testing revealed that the bulb works in brake-light mode *some* of the time ... gotta love incandescent lights!

Rear Suspension LEVEL UP!!

Friday after work I installed the MS3 rear swaybar, endlinks, bushings and brackets from MazMart. Got rid of all my clunking and squeaking, and I think reduced the understeer a bit when hammering it around corners!

I'm VERY pleased with the money spent!

I just checked ebay and the seller (lilbit09012002) already sold out of them, he had 3 at one point a few weeks ago.

This is at least the second time the same seller has sold these, I emailed him last time he sold out asking if he would post it again and he did a few weeks latter, and thats when I picked mine up, might be worth emailing him yourself to see if you can get him to list them again, its a smoking deal! it has the locks and everything!

^^
Gracias

Any pics installed? I want to see how high profile it is compared to the ROlla.

Ok. As of this morning's commute, I can say that the MS3 rear sway does make a difference! :D

I flogged the 5 hard around a couple of turns with noticeably less understeer than I've encountered before. Very nice.

Today I put some Super Lube on the rear sway bar bushings and all of the squeaking went away, good stuff.
