What colour fogs should I go for?

Decided to try out the blue fogs on my black P5. Ordered them this evening. Will post pictures and feedback in due course. And we'll see at that point if I feel like going with the blue film for the headlights as well... :)

how much was the shipping??? I wanna get a pair of yellow....I live in Vancouver too so just want to c how much it costs in total

Bottom line price was like $20.

https://rbaftermarket.com/catalog/

Go down to the bottom left side of the main page. Select what currency you want it to tell you.

The fog films are $14 CDN plus like $6 shipping = $20. If they get here and I have second thoughts, a loss of 20 isn't that hard of a hit to take.

And odly enough with the way that they have their pricing - it's actually a couple bucks cheaper to buy the headlight and taillight films SEPARATELY rather than with their combo kit. Go figure...

Anyway, like I said - once they arrive, I'll post some pix/a review.

Hot Damn! They arrived!

So I get home from work today to discover that my blue rockblocker film had arrived for my fog lights. A quick stick and some adjusting to get the odd air bubble out and they're good to go.

Super happy with them. Way more sleeperish with the faint blue tint to the lights in the day which I also think goes better with my black P5 anyway. Also, at night the light is (as I had heard) actually crisper coming through the film. Even with my bulbs that are already crisp to begin with, the blue rockblockers make them even nicer...

Now, all I have to do is decide if I want to do the headlights as well... But I'm hesitant because I have a feeling that I'll %#&$ up putting the film on such a larger area...

Anyway, here are a couple pix:

:) The "install" took about 3 minutes. First, I got some masking tape and taped them in place and stood back from the car to check to make sure that I liked the way that they would look.

Having liked it, I pulled out some Bon-Ami glass cleaner (a nicer version of Windex) and cleaned the glass.

Then it's as simple as you peel the backing off of the film and stick one circle onto the other.

Sort of stick'm dead center then use your fingers or something to smooth them out so that you don't get air bubbles trapped. On the first one, I had some bubbles but the lights actually warm up the 3M film really well... Not that they'll fall off, but they at least allowed me to slowly peel them back a touch so I could get rid of the bubble.

On a scale of 1-10 for doing the fogs, it's about an 11.

I suspect that the headlights would be more "difficult" to do seeing as they're not round but still, it's not rocket science. But I think that I'll leave my headlights white 'cos I'm just really diggin' the look.

:)

its all about blue on white but yellow is really nice too. and yellow on black is the best

lol Maybe I should write to Rockblocker and ask for commission?

Why does Internet Explorer always tell me their website has an untrusted certificate?

As requested - daytime pix of my new rockblockers.

PS. BadKarma - I got my bulbs over at Vader Speed and Sound on #3Rd sort of across from the WhiteSpot at Ackroyd. I've got EuroLites which if I remember the specs for are a xenon 55w bulb. Regardless I've been super happy with thusfar for both my heads and fogs and have had no problems. I forget the cost offhand but I'll try to dig up the packaging out in the garage.

If you're interested, I actually found myself with an extra set of them (for the headlights) that I'd been willing to part with if you're interested. I am happy to accept cash and/or beer. :)
