Yeah, looks like those relays are for the sedan/MSP swap and for the foglight mod.

They sell the bumper without the sidemarkers, I would like to have that one then the one I have now.

You need one from a sedan (mazdaspeed protege) in order to lose the side markers. Shouldn't be that hard to find. Or I've seen others paint over the side markers with matching body color.

This and one guy even filled the holes and then painted over them. Not too sure how it's held up with daily use though.
