i wish everyone who street raced crashes their cars. i don't want them to get hurt or whatever, i just don't think they should be on the roads. anyway, the only reason i say that is because of all the innocent people who get hurt by these so called racers. if you are a racer, take it to a race track, not your local expressway. but whatever, i'm off my soapbox now. sorry if you took offense to the crashing your car comment. it wasn't very nice.

NP tonkabui My bad. You shouldn't look at the border between p5 and MSP like that IMHO. You may want to boost your P5 someday and all the sudden ideas that apply to MSP apply to your car. I never stay in the MSP section. I just go to the front page and view new threads that way. 50% of the appearance mods and almost all of the interior mods apply both ways so I don't camp in one category. Plus too many of the knowledgeable people are on your team

PSKA- I still say good job for sacking up but you should now see how it easy it is for a thread to turn into a flaming heap. Just let crap go, ease back into the forum and people will get over stuff.

This morning I was driving back from my girlfriend's on the way to work, and was experiencing the exact same cooler morning air and my MSP was lovin it. well lowe and behold I ran into the WS6 again (i guess we take the same route to work) I rolled down my window to ask tell him nice car etc etc and he's like "Yea I remember you yesterday, your car's really nice blah blah" Turns out he drives a ******* V6 transmarobird and slapped on the WS6 emblem and spoiler! WTF?! He was telling me "I just wanted a car that looked cool blah blah" I told him good job, he duped me...

I guess that explains why I actually thought he was trying to race me (cuz he was) but it just wasnt a real WS6... So boohoo for me, i only got a V6 (i wouldnt have even listed this as a kill)...

So officially:

there's no mistaking the roar and rumble from an LS1... especially with a v6. that's like saying the mazda protege can be made to sound like a mustang. can't do it. the motor sounds completely different. even with dual exhaust, the pitch of the exhaust note would be completely different and the way the car sounds both at idle and at WOT will be completely different.

There is no insult here. Tonk, was pointing out one of the many ways in which you can pick put a WS6.

Like is this gone in 60 seconds? do you and your friends really try to name cars off a cassette from the sound of their engine? no? i sure hope not, cuz that's pretty sad. Roar and rumble my arse. LS1's are pretty notorious for being quiet engines. There are plenty of guys in my car club that have LS1's and a cutout and they still sound pretty docile when compared to the exhaust note of an LT1. If I open the cutout on my turd, it sounds like a jet. If he opened his, it sounded quieter than my car stock. Lay of PSKA's back, and get your facts straight. Oh and for the record, Ive heard many o v6er's that sound like 8's. Just need to open up that exhaust.
