no worries. Dealer gave them to me @ cost + tax, $351.20. Since I spent over $100. the parts dept gave me a Chromed Zoom-Zoom license plate frame ($27.95 MSRP) 
I checked mazdaparts.org first. Any other sites for parts? That is the only one I am familiar with.

We just took delivery of our new 2012 Grand Touring CX-9 and I was debating whether to get the Mazda cargo mat or the one offered by Weathertech. I plan to get the front and second/third row sections from Weathertech, however was debating which cargo mat to get. We also plan to only use the 3rd row seating when necessary so the seats will be folded down most of the time, however I did not like the idea of having to remove the Weathertech cargo mat completely if we use the seats. I know they offer both a 2nd row and a 3rd row mat option, however it's disappointing that they don't make a universal cargo mat that can be separated if you want to use the 3rd row seats.
Regarding the Mazda cargo mat, did you drill the holes per the instructions or just go with the velcro? I watched a video on You Tube where a Mazda dealership service tech walked through the installation and he recommended not drilling holes into the car unless you were hauling some heavy duty cargo.
I did drill the holes. You really don't need to, but the holes I made were so small no one would notice them even if you took the plugs out as the carpet covers them up pretty well. I strongly recommend Weather Tech mats for the front and middle sections, I just love them. The great thing about oem mats for the very back is the seats can be folded up or down and stuff does not slide around much due to the type of rubber they use.

My new CX-9 came with the stock carpet floor mats. Do the WeatherTech mats go over those or do the carpet mats need to be removed? Since the 2nd and 3rd row have the seat tracks, i was thinking the WeatherTech mats could benefit from having the additional carpeted mats underneath.
I did not drill holes on mine. And I have been using them for 9 months with luggage, shopping, and some heavy Tanks of chemicals that I load every other week. So far, Velcro worked fine for me.
I received my Mazda rear cargo mat package yesterday and just received the Weathertech front and second/third row mat package today. Tomorrow I'm getting the roof rails installed and the side windows tinted (legal in FL). When I get home, I will install the mats. Fun stuff!
I need to purchase some roof rails too. Where did you get yours from and how much?

I negotiated the roof rails into the purchase price from the dealership last week. Another dealer already had them installed so the roof rails were included in the price and the installation was "free".
I got the weather tech on all 3 rows including their cargo liner that covers the entire area behind the 2nd row. Although the floor is protected, the seatback (back itself) of the 2nd row isn't. Because of the "fibrous" type of covering they put there, whenever I haul dirty strollers, etc, dust and little bit of mud is easily attracted by the fibers. Has anyone used something to protect it? Like a cargo tray but for the 2nd row instead of 3rd row. I just use garbage plastics or folded cartons for now, but maybe there is a better solution.. Thanks.
MSG - you could buy 18" rubber shelf liners /anti skip pads in a roll or by the foot at hardware outlets and attach it there by several means. The easiest should be velcro tape.
I bought the WT's for all three rows also and love them. I haul so much cr@p back there! No worries now. I just throw a black cloth over everything.

When the seats are down, do you have any gap between the part that covers the small flap and the parts that cover the seat back and the floor covering? I feel like this part is almost not deep enough; that is, the short dimension is too short. I can either butt it up against the floor tray, or i can cover to the top of the flap, but not both.
Just to add another two-cents to this. Like several other folks I have the WeatherTech for the floors and the OEM for the cargo area. I like the fact that I can use the third row without removing anything and the material in the OEM setup is great. All in all I am pleased with the setup and I used Mazdapartscenter.com for the OEM cargo tray, their price was excellent and the shipping was very prompt.
