Please tell me what freedoms the Patriot Act has taken from you.

No actually i used simple logic to come up with that statement. Its not hard.

Also I have already said the patriot act hasnt personally effected me but it has personally effected other americans. But i already posted a link news articles showing how everyday non terrorist americans have been effected.

You also say japan deserved the bomb.
Ok well was it the innocent japanese citizens who did all these things you speak of? No it was the govt and military. So how can you logically justify nuking 2 non military civilian cities?

That ended Japan's stint in the war. Maybe we should have just asked them to stop fighting. That would have been nicer of us. :'(

We bombed those cities because Japan would not listen otherwise. Hell, they used suicide pilots, Kamikazes, to destroy some targets. They were ruthless.

If you want me to apologize for my countries actions against Japan, keep waiting.

Also, remember what year it was. Technology has changed a bit since WWII. There were not any computers, "smart weapons", etc. It is not like we could have just gone for military targets only. We didn't have any Tomahawk missles to fire at them.

There were a lot of civilian casualities on both sides of the war. Many innocent European and Japanese civilians died in the war.

Japan would have kept fighting. Maybe you could see the other side of the coin. Maybe that saved a lot of lives by ending the war.

Hell yes I agree to the killing of innocent people. Thats what war is. If the innocent didn't want to take the chance of dieing then they could have left the country. But they didn't, they unlike many of you stood behind their country. And thus paid the price. Again it's war! Tell me one country that has ever gone to war or used military force that only shot the bad guys. You cant in war there will be innocent lives lost. Just thank God that the war we are fighting is there not here and that and we are better trained.
