Another P5 here in Sarasota. I haven't seen any MSP's in SRQ ever. Of course, I'm only looking at P5s. Sarasota is a great place to live, much better than Venice. Plus you'll be closer to Tampa/St. Pete. Good luck finding a place to live. My neighbor is selling his house in case you're interested.

Sorry but wife and oldest daughter are sick - I'm not going out of town unless it's to work. Plus I'm more game for local meets - going to Gandy isn't my thing. No offense to anyone who attends - I'm sure you all have a good time. In fact I'd like to meet alot of you. But I'm more of a family man, so driving an hour just to hang isn't going to go over well in this house - if you know what I mean. When the wife ain't happy...

I am thinking about coming to the Ferman Mazda Cookout, whenever that is.

haha, well i'm always down for some heavy drinkin! I actually just moved here from NYC about a year ago.. and haven't really met many people. I also live in North Port which has NOTHING, as I'm sure you are all aware of. You guys meet up regularly? Any kind of monthly meet?

na not really... most of us are older and too lazy/busy to meet. there are some fine bars and if you do happen to show up...well hell thats a meet

Siesta key isn't bad...to upitty for me though. If you like imported beer and to sit around and BS, there is cock-n-bull on cattleman rd. Livingstones on clark rd isn't bad to play pool and do some heavy drinking (thursday is all day happy hour...1/2 price drinks are key) Linksters is another pretty happenin spot...its at the university outlet mall...back in the corner. Legends sports bar is pretty busy friday and sat night (behind sarasota memorial hospital.) And last but not least...if your looking just to get the dead done and not remember your name...the bai-hai hut just south on 41 of university (locally refered to as the bye-bye hut).

I've actually been to the cock n' bull, i was there with a friend of mine when i first moved here but haven't been back since.. kickass place though.

Livingston's is great for the whole family, Oh yay! All those cigarette fumes are just so healthy for the little tykes!

Good place to hang out and have fun but I'm sure there's better things to do.
I'll be back in sarasota the 12-19 of march, so maybe we can organize some sort of meeting?

Livingstones used to be great in the old building, good pool tables, good waitstaff and strong drinks. Now that they opened up the new place...its went downhill alot. Actually its went downhill alot since the stopped the no one under 21 after 9pm. After that it started sucking.

As for the smoke...well remember the place is still a bar first, and Troy (the owners son who runs the place) is such a cheap ass he usually wont turn the smoke eaters on.

Joker, I saw your car at Livingstons last night! Was heading to Siesta Key w/ a friend that's visiting from NY and I instantly recognized your car!
