Vacuum lines were mixed up

I got my car back from Mazda and they reversed 2 of my vac lines, one was just the line for my boost gauge, the other was a line for the bypass valve. I've included a picture of them after I fixed it, but what could be the possible problems if any when they were backwards, I did have my check engine light come on after a run from stop to highway speeds.

Vacuum is Vacuum my friend.
As long as the sources are equal.

Vacuum is vacuum, is it not? As long as both were connected to a vacuum source I don't think you should have had any problems.
