What would you like to know?Bhamsan said:So when do we get more info about the FMIC kit?
Bhamsan said:Well, I've been asking for the past week about the BOV, if we can run it open vent or do we need to recirc it, is the MAF going to go on the coldpipe, or will there be a dual setup where we use the stock BPV. Also, what is the definitive price?
Bhamsan said:I'd like to get one made with a nipple for a dual setup.
If the HKS is open vent, won't it stall? You'd have to really fine tune it to get it to not stall.
Bhamsan said:...Anyone else who wants to disagree, go ahead an chime in now.
Bhamsan said:I'd really like the dual setup. Can I vote again?
I think you should have some sway, seeing that you're the tester and all, and you could say, "Well, while testing it, I think we should really run a dual setup here..."

If the single SSQV doesn't work for me, then I will test the BOV/BPV setup on my car... if it works then I will again suggest the addition of the BPV flanges into all of the kits. That's all I can do though.
Beau will know before everyone else if there will be a problem with any stalling. He will have the kit fully installed on the testbed car sometime this week. Until then, it looks like the BOV/BPV setup will have to be a custom deal per customer.
no, no turkey, even with one bov.mazdaspdprotege said:i want the dual setup. even if it wont stall with one bov its still gonna have a lil bit of turkey. and everyone hates turkey right ?
The MAF is identical, just the programming in the ECU is different.Bhamsan said:One person gets it to work, and 100 other people don't. I think the chances of people with MSPs stalling is greater than not. That, and I think the other kits haven't stalled because its an MP3, or a P5, and they use a different ECU and MAF than the MSP, which is why it will stall on the MSP. They're still different cars.
