R32 Eurocode
Check out Webridestv, MS3 vs. R32. The MS3 is the better track car, but the Eurocode R32, tuner version is great with that sweet exhaust note and the twin clutch DSG gear box. Ahhh, AWD!
If memory serves, ///M Compact is an HPDE track driver/instructor that bought his MS3 to teach his FWD students and this should be respected.
I have been hooked on track events for decades. You can literally take just about any car to the track and have a ripping good time!
My experience with BMW is my Dad's 1990 M3 Evo Sport and let me tell ya guys and gals, this was a helluva car. Pops was an engineer and always in Saudi Arabia or Alaska so I tracked it, (without permision) several times a year in my early twenties. This was a spright, little, fun and simply elegantly balanced car to drive. The 4 cylinder was putting out around 230 HP and had Recaro seats. To drive this car is to truly experience the joys of RWD through German engineering. My track car of preference now is my 07 Roush Mustang. I'm used to RWD, for me, its the way a car should be.
I have alot of respect for you guys. When I take my MS3 to the track its very scary to plow into corners with 270 HP at the front wheels. I just don't get the hang of it real well. I wished it was AWD. This is why I gave it to my 20 year old son. He drives it like he just does'nt care, which is the only way to drive this car.
But seriously, for $25 grand this is the best car I've ever owned and driven. What a blast! What does'nt kill ya makes ya stronger!
Wishlist: 10' MS3 with a custom body kit, (hate the smilin grill and door lines), 2011 Shelby Mustang Terlingua, (supercharged 305 HP block, making 400+ HP)The R32, Eurocode, (hate the wheels though, dig everything else). I also like the WRX STI, but see to many of them around.
