Hmmm,... I'm assuming the piping doesn't proceed below the chasis but just stops within the engine bay for you to classify both to be a SRI? The picture isn't clear enough for me to tell, so sorry for assuming. Although, AEM and Injen for many other car makes and models classify their products different for CAI's with various intake paths to the throttle body, meaning just because the intake doesn't protrude into the fender well doesn't necessary mean the manufacurer doesn't call it a CAI....so that was my automatic assumption given both to be AEM as you stated.
