I was thinking of getting a product called the turbonator for my 2003 mazda protege lx. Does anyone out there know if this product is a deal or a dud? It seems cheaper than getting a turbo or supercharger for my car. You can check it out at www.turbonator.com.

Well a REAL turbocharger or supercharger is ~ $3000.... the turbonator is 60 bucks... what do you think?

Actually go a head and get it.

Take lots of pictures and video. Dyno your car before it. then dyno after its installed.

We all would like to see if there is actually a gain in wheel-horse-power.

You know how there are infomercials that are broadcasted late at night? And they sell piece of s*** products that arent worth a nickel, they break like a week after you get it, its made of the lowest grade materials in like a sweatshop in Taiwan and sell for the magical price of $19.95.... This is the same style product with out the commercial on late night TV.... Buy it if your little heart desires.... But dont cry to us if it doesnt do what they say. IF THE PRICE IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, THERE IS A REASON BEHIND IT.

Sorry for being so harsh but its the truth.

And if one get you all that horsepower and lost gas mileage, just immagine what it would be like if your whole intake piping was filled with these things. I mean, we would be looking at a 500HP protege that gets 70mpg!!! These is an example of legal scamming. I think Vtec decals on the side would yeild greater gains. HEHEHE, dont get it man.
