Whats this "bump" thing
a bump keeps the thread at the top of the list so as to be seen.if it gets down to far it gets bumped back up.
so does pointless rampling like this,it would be considered a bump.

How resistant to heat soak are the smic's compared to both the stock ic and an fmic? thanks.

This question is best suited for a company that has done comparisons from OEM to an FMIC.

However, there are many factors that contribute to heat soak. The design of the system, material, size of the piping, boost pressure , ambient temperature etc... will all affect intake temperatures.

A general rule- larger intercoolers won't heat soak as easy. larger intercoolers also have larger pressure drops.

This is a good thing in some cases.

The SMIC sound really cool... One question though: every "stock dyno" numbers I've seen in the last year usually put the WHP at around 150 (150-155), Import Racer dyno was 153 WHP. How come these numbers are so different? (and low at 142). I'm a bit surprised

Are there any SMICs still available? How long will the wait be before we receive the SMIC if we order?

You can get in on the first production run. The bolt issue is currently being tackled.
Im in on this GB ... i am dropping intrest in the MaxRev product due to lack of information provided. Cullen, i am sending you my shipping and payment info today.

I wish I had enough money for this SMIC. Hopefully these will still be in production in December, but I am still debating between this and a set of coilovers. Bar and plate look tasty.

So what is going on with this ... my check will be going out to you sometime this week (when my checks get here). How long will production / shipping be after you recieve that?
