what do you mean hesitate? ellaborate on that please cause I cant see how a turbo timer causes hesitation, it either turns the car off or not I would think

are you sure the reason its not working sometimes is because your hand brake is not on? most of them sense if the handbrake is on or not, if not the car will shut off

no the hand brake is on and everything. after i turn the ignition off the car feels like it is going to just shut off but then "kicks in" and keeps running the engine. i dont think it is normal. but sometimes the timer wont ever keep the car running, it just dies.

I have the same problem. Solved it by tapping the throttle before turning off the ignition. Don't need to rev it too high. Just to around 2000 rpm.

you tapped the wrong wires

What Turbo Timer are you using? I have the Blitz DTT and I think it's awesome! Never had any problems except for the light not working. It worked for a few months and then I blew a fuse which also affected the alarm and radio, and now the light doesn't work again but everything that functions on it is great.

I know my friends has that problem. Mine doesnt though. Your hand brake connection might be loose. I would check that first and make sure it's 100 percent secure with a good contact.
