Does anybody know where I could get a Turbo Back Exhaust for my 03 MSP? Or what I could do to make it? I was gunna do Catless but figured this car is to precious and to precious to me to do half a$$ed... So I figured I'll do the whole thing.

You can get a full turbo back from Corksport. Their dp is 2.4", and they have down-pipe back exhaust in 2.4" and 3". Or you can get a 3" dp from the Pope here on the forum and pair it with the Corksport 3". Or have a shop make you an exhaust from the down-pipe back.

Why do you think that deleting cats is half assed? You're mistaken.
Look at any Nascar, Formula1, outlaw...etc. You will not find a catalytic converter and those are most definitely not have assed.
It seems like you need to do a little research on exhausts, how they work, how different sizes will have different affects...ect.

No, the old 2 piece design has been discontinued for a while. It is a one piece design now. And you can get a cat with their exhaust, it's an extra $200.

I know about exhaust and things cause I learned from my dad cause he's a mechanic. But I feel like if I just cut the cats and that's it that's an easy way out. It's def the cheapest. But I wanna do quality things to this car.

you arent cutting the cats out. you are replacing them with an enirely new exhaust

I'm not sure if you're getting this exhaust as a performance upgrade or just to replace a damaged OEM exhaust. But deleting cats would not be half assing anything. The cats are used for emissions purpose only which requires putting a restriction on the exhaust flow in order to "clean" up the fumes. Deleting them would allow less back pressure which equals more horse power but will fail you when it comes to emissions inspection time (if you have them).

I just feel better doing the whole things. I can't explain how I mean really. But I don't have emissions where I'm from. And I'm doing it to make it sound better.

If you really think about it..Keeping the cats is "half assed" since you're cutting yourself down on power. If you're in a state that does not require emission checks, do yourself the favor and free up some power from your car, it'll save you money anyway since adding cats to a new exhaust will cost a few hundred extra.
The only thing I can think of when you say you feel better doing the whole thing, is that you're wanting the exhaust to be like the stock exhaust (as not to take away from the car) but...changing the piping of the exhaust takes away from the car by a lot, especially since you're changing the tone of the car. If you ever plan on adding anything to your car you're going to change that too. This is a fun car to drive, why not make it more fun? I'm not trying to fight you against getting the cats, if it's something you want then go for it, just trying to help you out and save you money. If you're dad is a mechanic ask him...he'll understand.

If I understand correctly, the OP isn't talking about getting an aftermarket exhaust with cats.. he's saying he doesn't want to just remove the cats off the stock exhaust and that's why he wants to get a full TBE and do it right.

So anyway, if you can afford the CS downpipe and exhaust, then that's definitely the way to go. Another option is the SpeedCircuit (are we allowed to talk about them or are they also banned??) downpipe which is also a 2.5". A bit cheaper than the CS but I can't speak for it's quality (thought I assume it's good).

I'd like to get rid of the cats entirely. And I'd like to keep doing things to this car to make it even more fun. It's a fun car now.

Your correct in your first paragraph. I want to do it right and it looks great.
And I'll have to look at that downpipe.

You'd probably be best off hopping on the Group Buy that's going on right now on the PEP DPs.. $275-$300 depending on the number of people is a damn good deal on the only true 3" DP ever made for our car.

If your going to go turbo back.. go 3".. a member here is makes a 3" down pipe and mid pipe. THen you can get a local shop to finish it off

Not to be a tree hugger here, but if you get a good high flow cat, there is little to no loss in HP, you are emissions compliant, you're not polluting, and it makes Baby Jesus giggle! LMAO, but seriously, any HP the stock turbo/ecu will let you make is way less than a good cat can handle.

As a testament to this, I'm not in an emissions state either but and when my Pope DP comes in, I'll be having a high flow cat installed when I have my mid-pipe built for this exact reason. Plus if like me, there is talk that the state might start to require emissions, It'll cost me more to make it compliant than if I'd had it done when it was built.

The flip side to this is I tried to install a cat (3") on my 240sx, and at about 300hp, it started costing me a noticeable amount of power. At 400hp, it melted.
