dont need one, you need to know ur rpms when you shift, i know by the sound of my car when its time to shift . im pretty consistant.

Dude you watched way to much of the making of the FAST AND THE FURIOUS. My engine tells me when to shift.:wtf: Just like everyone elses engine at the track. Thats why they have them too right?:wtf: You just said that your stock tach works just fine, so that telling me you look at it during a race.

no i dont, but if i need to know my rpm's i'll look down, yes you can tell by the way your car sounds when its time to shift no one at the track i go to uses monster tach. the ones that do also have 2 foot wings hanging off the back if u know what i mean

WELL COME ON BRING EM ON, sad to think that i only had my msp 2 months and i got more mods than some of you that had it for a year or more. LETS SEE WHAT YOU GO. maybe im wrong and your all hiding, but other than tara i haven't exactly sense a tight mp3 posting pictures of there car.

Maybe some people like there MP3's more stock. Maybe you feel your MSP is inadiquit(sp?) is some way, I don't know. Maybe not everyone has the means or income to mod their car, I don't know. But I do know that some people have modded their MP3's and I wish they had a higher post count in this thread than you. That's all I know.

Now can we please goto the "Off Topic Forum" OR www.protegeclub.com to argue out our differences and leave this thread to the "Top Rated MP3's!!"

ryan take it easy there. don't be dissin like that. i didn't want to say it but i will Tara's car is nothing specail. tommorow i can have my car lookin that. i don't see anything great about it. it has some nice graphics and some stickers. wow. and some color matcing interior work to. wow. and the altezas. double wow.

So tomorrow you can drop 700-900 in your car for the WW kit plus the cost of paint, new rims and all of the other odds and ends that I have on me car? Wow I wish I was a millionaire like you.

sparco wires i got ya covered intake, i'll be ordering that next week. doesn't look like you got anything specialy grill thats nice tho. and rear spoiler she has that to.

yeah but i did the whole "hookin up the car thing" with my 92 300ZX and i realized that all the money that went into tht car where wasted. i wish i still had pics to show every one. in the end you have nothing to show for all that money you spent. it sux. so i don't go to crazy any more. i just do things here and there to accent the cars orignal beauty.

Hey have I posted any pictures of my "Top Rated MP3!!" ?

Even though I have not spent what I would call alot(over $5000) on my car, here are a few pics...

Here is a picture of my Black Rims...

Oh and one mod I wish I had not done was the ZEX N2O Kit. It cost me $420 bones for the kit and a little over $2000 bones for the rebuilt engine.

Most of my mods are things you can't see from looking at the outside so here are a few pics of what I have got underneath the candy coating...

I have also added a little box to my trunk with 2 15's(ElCheap-O's)

Anyway that's my MP3.

i really don't want to answer this question. it's not about money or who has more "stuff" done to their car. it's about beening happy with your car. It about been all friendly and beening able to take people opinions both bad and good. Hell people have told me i am a total biter b//c i got a "wanabe" wrx b/c my mp3 is blue. Do i care nah b/c i love my car and they can go to hell.
i will be the first to admit my comments might have to out of line but that life.

Again it is not about jealousy. You think you high and mighty and you car is better then everyone else's b/c you win "shows". (no)
you should think your car is better then any one else's. everyone has there own style they are going for.

would you liek some one going to and audio car show and winning first place and then telling you that their car is better then yours b/c they won that audio car show? No b/c that is not what you where going for.

it's about personal taste. remeber that next time your try to put some one down b/c you won a car show.

and you know what i will answer that question that i said i wouldn't. i spent more on my TV setup then on your body kit and "interior" mods put together.

i want to us to ends this and be on the same page. i don't want any one getting angry and having a bad taste in their mouth b/c of some childish stuff. we are all here to have a good time and talk abotu our cars. WE ARE ALL EQUAL no matter how much money we spent, how many shows we have won, how fast our cars are...etc.

Yes saided18 I did paint the plastic cover myself but it really doesn't look that good in person. I want to get the CF cover from DG but they want too much for it.

BTW... I really like both of your grill inserts.

you should just take your valve cover to a bodyshop to paint. it would cost you like 50 bucks. way cheaper then the CF DG one.

i wasn't to found of the mint blue grill that is why i go the autoexe one but i want the lower lip he has on his car, but i'm affraid i will break it with the way i drive. but INiTiAL33

Saided18 - I LOVE THAT AUTOEXE GRILL!!! How much did the whole process set you back?? After I get my CAI, that's next on my list...either that or rims. I want it so badly...I can't stand the stock one that screams Mazda. I have enough badges that tell people that.

Anyways, I'm lovin the pics of the MP3's. They're all HOT!!
