I would get after market tail lights if they didn't have those nasty looking reflectors in them. I mean make the reflector a little more inconspicuous(sp?) They do on some models but not all.

I really like the half red half clear idea.

ive seen those before, but that is too much red for me to put on my car.



As for the altezza thing. I hate the way that our stock tail lights look. And when you are on the car show scene you neede that tail light mod to score points. that is one of the simplest mods that you can do for your car. As for the stickers, I admit they may seem overboard, but they do have a purpose. Again, I compete for trophies here, and to get me out of the bottom half of the wild category I have to make my car look extreme. Or I will get crushed.
I know the altezzas are ricey, but remember.....Mazdas are rice!

you all are intitled to your own opinions about what you would or wouldn't put on YOUR car, but dont be knocking everyone else because we decide that we like something else.

Ryan is right about the comand thing. "I am lord Mp3. Take off those Altezzas and your car is a 10" **** that!

I know my car is a 10, and I also know that if your were to roll up next to mine in a custom compact show I would kick your ass and send you home crying.

So lighten up here! This thread was started in good faith and is turing into a flame war. If you don't have anything nice to say then get the hell off of this forum. This forum was designed to bring mazda owners together, not to make us hate each other!

and volley2six- your are right about the decal thing, should I not have a decal on my car that supports this site? Because someone here sticks their nose up to them?

All you guys crack me up. First off the topic of this thread was to post picks of your cars and have them rated 1-10. If you didn't want people to make negative comments about your car then you shouldn't have posted. Members are stating their opinion on what they like and don't like and whenever they mention something they don't like you go all defensive. Relax people. There is nothing wrong with stating your opinion on peoples mods as long as you are not saying something like "your such an ******* idiot for putting Altezzas on". But if you are just stating that you are not crazy about her graphics or his Altezzas then there is nothin wrong with that. Like with Dragonbabes car, I really like everything she's done with it although I also am not crazy about the taillights. I usuallly hate graphics as well but I think it was awesomely done on her car. There is nothing wrong with negative feedback as long as it is done civily.

well that is you opinion. go look at the P5 section of the board. in Japan the Sport 20 (AKA protege 5) has the same tail lights as us and alot of people are dieing to get there hands on them. to each there own.

Ok so alot of things you do to the car are for the show and you might not totaly like them. See me i will never put anything on my car that i do not 100% like not even for a show.
