Tires Recomendation ?

Hi people,
I'm a noob and trying to find information on what's good all-season tires with lowest price? I live in Minnesota, and deal with snow a lot. I've been looking on some websites, and found some all-season tires on ebay like nexen n3000, nankang ns-11, federal ss595, etc. They are around $350 shipped, which is right on my very limited budget. Any suggestion for this noobie, guys? Tires are for my 18" oem rx8 wheels.

You are very limited with a $350 budget. I would just compared the ones that meet your price range and go with the one with the highest tread wear. That way you'll hopefully be buying less frequently.

So, how much do you think would be the cheapest but good quality? Any specific brand recommendation?

350 is kind of a tight budget for some 18" tires. I've had experience with Lexani N3000 (same as nexen) tires on a different car. They weren't bad when looking at performance vs cost. I never thought of them as an all season tire tho, kind of an aggressive tread. Just remember that your lookin at $70-100 more on your budget to mount and balance unless you have a hook-up. Maybe check ur local craigslist. Tires go up on there all the time.
