Tints?

So I'm looking to get some tint for my t-grey msp. I would like some ideas!

I'm thinking 20% in the rear 40% in the front.
I'm in jersey and no tints are aloud on the front.. so gotta keep it light enough to where I hope the po-po don't notice!

that sucks you cant have no tint in jersey on the front, actually kinda dumb. I have 20 all around my titanium and i like it but i also got a warning recently for it. But even 35 is noticeable tint on fronts especially on cloudy days or night time.

i have 30% sides (front/back) and 20% rear...

personally i hate the way different tint % looks on the front/back side windows... just looks trashy IMO. mine looks consistent all the way around even though it's %10 darker on the rear windshield.

and you're technically "not allowed" to have tint like anywhere... its just depends on how many assholes work for that particular local police department

Thats actually not true. Every state has different laws. New Jersey you can have any percent of tint in the rear, but no tints at all on the front.

Every state is different. Look up your local law.

I just had 5% installed in the rear and eyebrow and 30% on the front, the place wouldn't go any darker on the fronts and I wanted the lifetime warranty so I just told them to do it legal. Still looks good and I may put a layer of 20 over the front tint one day.

there's no way to look up who enforces the "law" and who doesn't. you're not allowed to have anything darker than 35% in PA. i can think of over 100 cars within a 20 mile radius of me that have 20% or darker. if you're worried about getting pulled over, then just don't tint your car.

my front windows i believe are 20% and rears are 5%. i bought teh car that way. but as biz said in PA 35% is legal. I have yet to get pulled over for window tint. when i have been pulled over the cop didnt say anything about it either

ill probably be switching to 20% all around though just because scatches in the tint and i can barely see backing up at night. 5% tint usually seems to turn purplish after awhile
