on another note, a pet peeve of mine. I work in a plaza and there is a buffet here (Peaches knows it quite well, and no, i've still never eaten there) anyway, I've seen it before, a tree cutting service truck with the wood chipper towed in back pulls up and parks in the WRONG direction at the end of the parking rows IN THE RIGHT OF WAY that runs in front of the plaza. Do they think they are ABOVE THE LAW?? I was expecting a couple of big fat guys to get out, their excuse being that they couldn't walk that far (mind you there is a TON of parking space available about 10 spaces back further) but it ended up being 2 young (20something?) dudes ... ggrrr ........ don't want to bother the popo over something so trivial, but it really irks me!!!!!!!!

I wish I would have gone lower on my first. I settled about 1k higher than I wanted to because of it. Be prepared for a high offer to come back. Of course you counter a few hundred off what you previously offered.

im offering about 18-20% less than asking price... figured its worth a shot since the house is an estate type sale....
