The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

I would say sorry to hear, but sounds like you lucked out, since you were looking to get rid of it anyway! Well...provided you had full coverage. hahaha

Glad you're alright though. :)

I didn't want to get rid of it til I got the msp back to stock, and yes I have full coverage. Turns out one of the guys from the towing company just got a msp and is looking for parts. Maybe it was meant to be

I'm near most of you guys right now. In cleveland eating at Pier W right on the lake. Beautiful view of the lake and the city....

The universe works in mysterious ways! Hope it all works out...

after my test I was gonna head that way and the person in front of me stopped on a green light in a right turn only lane because they were lost and didn't want to turn right and i wasn't expecting that. front end is smashed and the trans is stuck in D so it won't start

Damn dude! Glad you're okay.

I can't remember who was looking for cheap tires (AJ, Larry, ?) but I've got some Yokahama Parada Spec2's sized 215/40-17 with some inner camber wear for free if anyone wants them. I was selling them with my ASA's but the cat who bought them didn't want them.

That was me Evan. I will take them off your hands.

Okee dokee, save some room in the P5 at the cookout in your P5 and take them with you.

And for anyone with stock P5 tires, I've got a like-new Toyo Proxes4 (195/50-16, I believe is the OEM size) if anyone wants it for free. I've had it since I bought my silver P5 new. Absolutely nothing wrong with it.

I didn't get my whole to do list done. So the MSP is in my parents garage and replaced it with the TransAm for the week. I got the rims painted. One turned out kinda crappy, but they were a pain in the ass. To many angles for a spray can. If I would of have a spay gun at least I could have turned done the spray pressure on the inlets, but oh well they are track wheels and look sweet from 5ft away. I bought a cheap sand blaster that works great on paint and surface rust. Sandblasted the radiator top mounts, inlet for the CAI, and the strut bar all the same anodized orange as the wheels and it looks sick. Love it. I started changing the FMIC setup to make it sit higher and ran out of time. It is zip tied in place for now until the bumper is shaved a little bit more to fit the piping since it is up higher. I still need to fix the exhaust and paint the interior radio bezel.

Does anyone know where or what size the bolts are for the Down Pipe? I really don't want to cut them off if I don't have to and didn't know if they were replaceable or how the hell do you get them out of S pipe. I'm guessing they are 8x1.25 and not 10x1.5?

And :) does anyone have a 626 egr pipe laying around. I would like to reconnect mine, but the MSP egr doesn't fit (lenght wise) with the 626 mani on.

the bolts are 8x1.25 or what ever the shorter size is on cross over auto

Could you do the Home Depot egr pipe fix? That's what's used on the 505 intake
